Qualifications

• Knowledge of coffee drinks and food items is helpful but not required.
• Good communication skills with the ability to listen to customers’ orders.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality of service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, espresso, macchiato, etc.
• Take customer orders and serve food items such as sandwiches, pastries, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service by attending to customer needs in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep the station clean and organized at all times.
• Prepare ingredients for use in recipes.
• Ensure that all supplies are stocked at all times.
• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food items and beverages.
