Job summary

Dubai Municipality is seeking an Architect/Architectural Engineer to prepare and review designs for self-designed and assigned projects. You will verify that drawings, specifications, and building regulations align with the Emirate’s requirements and contribute to tendering and contract processes.

Responsibilities include site visits, coordinating with developers and project teams, and preparing technical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering is required.
• Experience is not required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural designs and drawings for self-designed and assigned projects.
• Verify alignment of designs, drawings, and specifications for projects.
• Prepare tender documents and review submissions from consultants; contribute to tendering, contracting, awards.
• Conduct site visits to measure conditions and support design completion.
• Coordinate with units, developers, investors, and project team on project needs and costs.
• Prepare technical reports and observations related to assigned projects.
• Comply with information security policies and data handling.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
