IRTH Group is shaping the future with architectural precision. We seek an Architectural Draftsman to translate design concepts into precise drawings and construction documents, coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure compliance with local codes.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architecture with 7+ years of drafting experience, is proficient in AutoCAD, and familiar with Revit or 3D modeling.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a draftsman in architectural firms or consultancy environments.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other 3D modeling software; understanding of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate drawings, plans, and details using CAD software in line with design specifications.
• Assist architects and project teams in developing design concepts and coordinating architectural elements.
• Revise drawings based on stakeholder feedback and document all changes.
• Prepare technical drawings for building permits and submissions to local authorities.
• Maintain an organized drawing register and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to integrate project components.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance drawing quality.
