Job summary

IRTH Group seeks a Senior Site Architect to lead architectural supervision on active project sites in Dubai, reviewing submissions and coordinating across disciplines to ensure quality, safety, and alignment with design intent.

The candidate should have 10–12 years of site supervision experience on large-scale projects, strong knowledge of local codes, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, with leadership and meticulous coordination required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of architectural site supervision experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and Dubai authorities.
• Proven experience reviewing shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Excellent detailing, finishes, and construction methodologies.
• Strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve engineering submissions, shop drawings, submittals, and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, authorities, and design intent.
• Evaluate coordinated drawings across architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape.
• Conduct site inspections for architectural works, finishes, and installation quality.
• Monitor progress and ensure works follow drawings and standards.
• Identify design discrepancies, raise technical queries, and propose compliant solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Review material samples and ensure correct usage.
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timelines.
• Prepare site reports, NCRs/SORs, and follow up corrective actions.
• Support handover activities, snagging and final inspections.

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Site Architectto lead architectural supervision on active project sites, ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and material standards, and coordinate effectively with all engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing engineering submissions, validating coordinated drawings, and conducting site inspections for all architectural elements to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project requirements.

• Review and approve engineering submissions, architectural shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
• Ensure compliancewith project specifications, authority requirements, and approved design intent.
• Evaluate and verify coordinated drawingsacross architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist systems to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct regular site inspectionsfor architectural works, finishes, materials, mock-ups, and installation quality.
• Monitor construction progressand ensure architectural works are executed according to approved drawings and standards.
• Identify design discrepancies, raise and reply technical queries, and propose practical, compliant solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, and internal teamsto resolve site issues and maintain smooth workflow.
• Review material samples and ensure correct usageas per specifications and project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to quality control procedures, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Prepare site reports, inspection logs, NCRs/SORs, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support project handover activities, including snagging, de‑snagging, and final inspections.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree inArchitecture; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum10–12 yearsof experience in architectural site supervision within large‑scale construction projects and residential/hotel towers.
• Strong knowledge ofbuilding codes, authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.), materials, and specifications.
• Proven experience reviewingshop drawings, coordinated drawings, and technical submissions.
• Excellent understanding ofarchitectural detailing, finishes, and construction methodologies.
• Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency inAutoCAD.
• Proficiency inRevit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools is preferred .
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
