Job summary

Fanatics Momentum is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Fan Ecosystem to own the fan-facing experiences that sit around and between our core gaming verticals. You’ll shape the proposition, roadmap and customer experience across fan engagement, working with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial and Data.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management building consumer digital products in relevant fields.
• Experience in sports, media, gaming, loyalty, marketplaces, or fan engagement.
• Able to start from ambiguity and deliver end-to-end ownership.
• Combines strategy with delivery and uses customer research and data.
• Creates engagement and retention loops and collaborates across platforms.
• Influences senior stakeholders and ships iteratively at pace.
• Leverages AI to accelerate research, prototyping and experimentation.
• Builds with trust, consent and regulatory boundaries in mind.

Responsibilities

• Fan Ecosystem strategy and roadmap development.
• Identify priority problems and use cases for fans.
• Oversee free-to-play, commerce, content and live moments features.
• Design predictions, challenges, missions and rewards.
• Define fan preferences and cross-product discovery paths.
• Drive progression into deeper FanMo relationships.
• Make build/partner/reuse decisions including Fanatics capabilities.
• Enable discovery, experimentation and delivery across teams.
• Collaborate with Sportsbook, Lottery, Casino and Customer Platform.
• Measure success via engagement, retention, customer value and lifetime value.
