Job summary

STR SOL AEC in Dubai is seeking an Architectural Draftsman to prepare architectural drawings for authority submissions, ensuring plans, elevations, sections, and details meet requirements. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical issues, revise drawings after authority comments, and maintain comprehensive submission records, drawings, and revisions.

UAE authority submission experience is preferred and proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and SketchUp are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of authority submission requirements, building codes, and construction drawings.
• UAE authority submission experience is preferred.
