Job summary

TurningPoint Energy LLC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to develop designs balancing function, aesthetics, and project requirements. You will contribute from concept through documentation to delivery, coordinating with structural, MEP, interior, landscape teams and clients.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software with strong reading of technical drawings, materials knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, construction methods, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design software.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, and BIM software such as Revit, SketchUp, or similar platforms.
• Strong creative ability with excellent design judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, construction techniques, and architectural specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts, and planning solutions based on project requirements.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details, and presentation materials.

• Conduct space planning, design studies, material selections, and design development.
• Produce high-quality presentations, 3D models, renderings, and visual materials.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, interior, landscape and other disciplines.

• Incorporate client feedback, technical requirements, and regulatory considerations into design development.
