Job summary

Meinhardt MENA in Dubai seeks a talented Architect to join our architectural design team. The role covers concept through detailed design on large-scale projects, with emphasis on AI-enabled design workflows, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

You will develop architectural concepts, refine drawings, and ensure documentation meets UAE regulations and design standards, while delivering high-quality, buildable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4–5 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Experience delivering design-focused projects from concept through detailed design.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, standards, policies, and approval procedures.
• Proven experience working within BIM environments and Revit-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, massing studies, spatial planning strategies, and design narratives.
• Support design exploration through AI-enabled tools and computational design workflows.
• Prepare, develop, and refine architectural drawings, reports, presentations, and visualizations.
• Produce architectural documentation from concept through detailed design stages.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, UAE building regulations, authority requirements, and design standards.
• Manage design tasks creatively with emphasis on aesthetics and buildable solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support seamless project execution.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our growing architectural design team in Dubai.

The role involves supporting the design and planning of large-scale projects across a diverse range of sectors, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams from concept development through project delivery. The successful candidate will contribute to high-impact projects, develop innovative design solutions, and support digital and AI-enabled design workflows to deliver high-quality architectural outcomes.

• Participate in design reviews, workshops, coordination meetings, and client presentations.
• Support the preparation of design packages, project submissions, and presentation materials.
• Maintain design intent and documentation quality throughout project development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 4–5 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Proven experience delivering design-focused projects from concept through detailed design.
• Experience contributing to large-scale and complex projects with a strong emphasis on design quality and innovation.
• Solid expertise in architecture, urban design, and spatial planning.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, standards, policies, approval procedures, and statutory authority requirements.
• Proven experience working within BIM environments and Revit-based projects.
• Middle East or UAE project experience is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work across multiple projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI-driven design tools and workflows is a strong advantage.
• Strong conceptual, creative, and aesthetic design capabilities.
• Ability to produce compelling presentations, visualizations, and design narratives.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows, digital design coordination, and multidisciplinary project environments.
• Good understanding of architectural documentation, design packages, and project submission requirements.
