• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings concept designs and detailed construction documents.
• Manage strong DM submissions strong approvals and coordinate with relevant authorities.
• Ensure all designs comply with strong UAE building codes regulations and G 12 licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants contractors and internal project teams.
• Conduct site visits inspections and provide technical guidance.
• Review and approve material specifications and shop drawings.
• Support project planning design presentations and client meetings.
