Job summary

GEMS Education in Dubai seeks an Arabic teacher to design engaging, student‑centred lessons aligned with MOE expectations and the GEMS framework. The role emphasises differentiation for mixed‑ability classes and inclusive practices, with a focus on bilingual delivery using LMS and smartboards to enhance learning.

It also promotes UAE identity, Islamic values and cultural awareness in content. You will assess progress, analyse data for inspections, and maintain documentation (plans, reports)

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to translate curriculum expectations across languages.
• Experience with bilingual instruction and inclusive classroom practices.

Responsibilities

Differentiation & Inclusion

• Adapt teaching methods for native and non-native learners
• Support students of varying abilities, including SEN and EAL learners

Assessment & Data Use

• Plan and implement formative and summative assessments
• Analyze student performance data to inform teaching
• Track progress in line with MOE inspection requirements

Classroom Management

Compliance & Inspection Readiness

• Strong understanding of MOE regulations and inspection frameworks

• Contribute to school readiness for inspections

• Work closely with colleagues, coordinators, and leadership
