Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer requirements and present products and services to seal a sale.
• Create and deliver formal PowerPoint presentations with visuals to communicate product benefits.
• Prepare quotations/proposals using MS Office and Excel, often for bids.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers via in-person meetings, calls, and emails.
• Respond promptly to emails and phone inquiries with accurate information.
• Negotiate prices, terms, delivery, and specs; handle objections to close sales.
• Gather market data to inform strategies and promotions for customers.
• Advise customers on upcoming products and promotions.
• Record sales and orders accurately in the sales system; ensure timeliness.
• Review sales performance to meet or exceed targets; understand customer needs.
• Provide rapid cost calculations to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
• Keep client database up-to-date with current and potential customers.
• Prepare and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline for ongoing opportunities.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
