Job summary

Fresha in the UAE is seeking an Account Manager to build relationships and monetise the Fresha platform with our partners. You will report to the Account Manager Team Lead and work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

This role involves relationship-building, upselling, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, and all Fresha staff work from the office five days a week.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong communication in both languages.
• Experience in SaaS sales and managing large accounts.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and upsell to existing customers.
• Self-starter with proactive, target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet monetisation, retention, and revenue growth KPIs by engaging Partners and demonstrating Fresha value.
• Analyse reports to upsell and increase monetised revenue from existing accounts.
• Maintain strong Partner Experience through meaningful relationships and regular video meetings.
• Apply a consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to reduce churn.
