Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is hiring a Specialist Neonatologist to deliver comprehensive neonatal care in Abu Dhabi's NICU. The role requires expertise in newborn medicine, resuscitation, and coordination with obstetric and pediatric teams, with DOH licensing or eligibility and 3–5 years of post-specialization experience.

Qualifications

• MBBS or an equivalent recognized medical qualification.
• Specialist qualification in Neonatology or Pediatrics from a recognized institution.
• Valid Department of Health (DOH) License, DOH Eligibility Letter, or eligibility to obtain the required authorization to practice in Abu Dhabi.
• Minimum 3-5 years of post-specialization clinical experience in Neonatology.
• Demonstrated experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care for newborns, including premature and high-risk neonates.
• Diagnose, evaluate, and manage neonatal conditions and complications.
• Coordinate care with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and allied professionals.
• Perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization of high-risk newborns.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in audits and CME.
