Allocation Assist is seeking a dedicated Specialist NICU (Arabic Speaker) to join a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi, delivering high-quality care to premature and critically ill newborns in a modern NICU.

The candidate should hold MBBS or equivalent, be specialized in Neonatology or Pediatrics, and have DOH license eligibility. Fluency in Arabic and English, plus strong communication and teamwork, are essential.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Specialist qualification in Neonatology or Pediatrics.
• Valid DOH License/Eligibility Letter, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in a NICU setting.
• Proven experience in managing premature and critically ill neonates.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, assess, and manage critically ill and premature neonates in the NICU.
• Perform neonatal resuscitation, stabilization, and emergency interventions when required.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans for newborns.
• Monitor patients closely and make timely clinical decisions based on their condition.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal neonatal outcomes.
• Counsel and educate parents and families regarding neonatal conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and governance activities.
• Contribute to a safe, supportive, and family-centered NICU environment.
