Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage premature, high-risk neonates in NICU.
• Diagnose neonatal conditions requiring specialized care.
• Provide stabilization for newborns with emergencies.
• Perform neonatal resuscitation during deliveries or NICU events.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on gestational age and condition.
• Coordinate care with obstetricians, pediatrics, and nurses.
