METRO BRAZIL is seeking a creative Marketing Assistant - Arabic Speaker to join our Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role supports planning, content creation in Arabic, and campaign coordination across GCC markets.

You will manage content calendars, adapt messaging for social, email, and web channels, and help track campaign performance while maintaining brand standards. Fluency in Arabic and strong English communication are essential, with a passion for fashion and digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, or any relevant specialization.
• 1-2 years of marketing and social media experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across GCC markets, coordinating tasks and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Write and adapt engaging Arabic content for social media, email, website materials, promotions, and other marketing channels.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate with internal teams to keep messaging consistent across channels.
• Review Arabic marketing materials for accuracy, tone, and relevance to the intended audience.
• Prepare clear briefs for the creative team outlining campaign objectives, target audiences, and content requirements.
• Gather feedback and coordinate revisions and approvals with the marketing and creative teams.
• Assist with agency and supplier communication, including briefs and follow-ups.
• Help track campaign results and share observations to improve future initiatives.
