Stellar Media is seeking a Strategy Manager fluent in Arabic to lead the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies for diverse clients in Dubai. You will collaborate with account managers, creatives, and media specialists to craft integrated campaigns, review plans, monitor KPIs, and present insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to clearly explain complex ideas to internal teams and clients.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as account management, creative, media buying, and performance marketing.
• Solid understanding of key digital channels and tools (e.g., social media platforms, search, analytics dashboards, marketing automation or CRM systems).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications in digital marketing or strategy are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a strategy, planning, or consulting role within a marketing or media agency environment, preferably in the MENA region.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
