Job summary

NADIA is seeking an experienced Leasing Officer to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing leasing activities across our property portfolio, sourcing tenants, negotiating leases, and maintaining strong tenant relationships.

You will handle tenancy contracts, renewals, and occupancy metrics while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal rental performance. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, real estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE leasing experience.
• Strong understanding of UAE real estate market and leasing procedures.
• Experience in tenant sourcing, lease negotiations, contracts, and renewals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day leasing activities for the portfolio.
• Identify, source, and attract tenants for available properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present leasing opportunities to tenants.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and conditions in line with company policies.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate tenancy contracts and lease documentation.
• Ensure timely renewal of existing lease agreements and minimize vacancy periods.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and address leasing-related concerns.
• Coordinate with Real Estate Manager, property management, finance, and legal teams.
• Monitor rental collections, lease expirations, occupancy rates, and vacant properties.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, tenant databases, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and tenancy laws.
• Prepare leasing reports and provide regular updates to management.
