Job summary
Sanvi Engineering And Business Consulting Solutions in Dubai invites Engineering Freshers to join as Sales Coordinator for Tendering. You will support RFQ/tendering with OEMs and Tier-1 clients, under training provided, ideal for engineers starting in automotive sales and tendering.
The role requires a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Production, fluent Arabic, 0–1 year experience, immediate joining. Salary 3,000–3,500 AED plus visa and medical insurance; location is Dubai, UAE.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production only.
- Fluent Arabic reading, writing & speaking.
- 0-1 year experience; freshers with manufacturing/automotive internship preferred.
- Immediate joiner - max 15 days notice.
- Basic knowledge of auto components, engineering drawings & BOQ.
- Good in Excel & MS Office; AutoCAD / SolidWorks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in RFQ / Tender processing from OEMs & Tier-1 clients.
- Support in preparing technical quotations & BOQ as per engineering specs.
- Coordinate with Arabic speaking clients for requirements & clarifications.
- Communicate with UAE clients & Govt entities in Arabic.
- Maintain tender tracker, CRM updates & bid documents.
- Support ISO / IATF 16949 documentation.
