The role focuses on RFQ/tender processing, technical quotations, and coordinating with OEMs/Tier-1 clients in Arabic. UAE residency and in-person interview in Dubai are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in RFQ / Tender processing from OEMs and Tier-1 clients
• Prepare technical quotations and BOQ as per engineering specs
• Coordinate with Arabic speaking clients for requirements and clarifications
• Communicate with local UAE clients and Govt entities in Arabic
• Maintain tender tracker, CRM updates and bid documents
• Support ISO / IATF 16949 documentation
• Follow up on submitted quotes
