Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in Dubai to deliver advanced reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. The role requires leading complex surgical plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a premium healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years post-specialization, board certification, a DHA license or eligibility, and fluency in Arabic for patient interactions in Dubai's diverse population.

Qualifications

• Medical degree such as MD/MBBS from a recognized institution.
• Board certification or fellowship in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery.
• Valid DHA Consultant licence or eligibility in Dubai.
• Minimum of 5-7 years post-specialization experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical services in line with international standards.
• Perform trauma, microsurgery, burn reconstruction, and post-oncologic restoration procedures.
• Undertake facial, breast, and body-contouring surgeries based on patient needs.
• Deliver non-surgical aesthetic interventions within scope of practice.
• Conduct consultations, examinations, and pre-operative risk assessments.
• Explain options, outcomes, complications, and aftercare to patients.
• Obtain informed consent and ensure patient understanding.
• Monitor recovery and provide follow-up and wound care.
• Maintain records and ensure confidentiality per regulations.
• Coordinate complex cases across departments and ensure governance.
