Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant Plastic Surgeon fluent in Arabic to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Dubai. This role involves providing advanced surgical and non-surgical aesthetic services, managing multidisciplinary cases, and maintaining high standards of patient-centered care.

Qualified candidates should possess significant experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, ensuring evidence-based practice and compliance with DHA regulations. The position offers an attractive salary range of AED 65,000–90,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of post-specialization experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
• Proven expertise in complex reconstructive surgery, aesthetic surgery, microsurgery, and burns reconstruction.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive reconstructive, plastic, and aesthetic surgical services.
• Perform complex reconstructive procedures and provide a full range of aesthetic procedures.
• Conduct detailed pre-operative assessments and develop safe individualized surgical plans.
