Apt Resources is seeking an Arabic Speaking Executive – Cargo Service to join our client’s air cargo customer service operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling customer interactions, supporting cargo operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, internal teams, and airline partners.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.
• Experience in air cargo, airline, logistics, freight forwarding, or aviation preferred.
• Experience with cargo/airline systems or CRM tools.
• Candidates must be based in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls related to air cargo operations.
• Provide accurate information on shipment status, bookings, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, airline partners, and logistics teams.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and service standards.
• Support shift-based operational requirements.
