The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen, strong leadership, and expertise in traditional Middle Eastern culinary techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef De Partie in cold kitchen.
• Knowledge of cold food preparation and presentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced kitchens.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification a plus.
• Arabic mezze specialization welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of cold dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in the cold kitchen section.
• Ensure that all food prepared in the cold kitchen meets quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area.
• Monitor and control inventory for cold kitchen ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new menu items for the cold kitchen section.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Expertly prepare and present Arabic mezze, salads, and other Middle Eastern cold kitchen items.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in the preparation of these dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen section.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and update menus with authentic Middle Eastern flavors.
• Monitor inventory levels of Middle Eastern ingredients and place orders as needed.
