Job summary

Rotana in Abu Dhabi is seeking passionate kitchen professionals to deliver exceptional guest service and creative culinary solutions. You will support daily kitchen operations under the Chef de Partie and ensure menu adherence and high hygiene standards.

The role requires a professional kitchen apprenticeship, quality-establishment experience, and strong culinary skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with GCC national eligibility, based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course.
• Experience in quality establishments.
• Good culinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Chef de Partie in the daily operation.
• Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie.
• Keep work area hygienic according to hotel rules.
• Control food stock and food cost in your section.
• Prepare the daily mise-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen.
• Follow instructions from immediate superiors to complete tasks.
• Ensure high and consistent quality and stay updated with new products and techniques.
• Coordinate with other sections on cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
