Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Finance Support Specialist to provide comprehensive aftersales financial support, focusing on revenue collection, accounts receivable, and credit control. You will ensure payments are processed, reconciling with SAP, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities include handling multiple payment methods, managing cheques, monitoring AR reports, and ensuring SOP compliance while supporting the Finance Business Partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in finance, accounting, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP and financial reconciliation processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for AR and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments and manage AR processes.
• Reconcile SAP against deposits and monitor cheque clearances.
• Monitor overdue invoices and manage credit/AR issues.
• Support accuracy in invoicing and financial reporting.
