Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, branch finance, or high-volume transactional finance.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.

Responsibilities

• Post daily branch transactions including invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Review and support vehicle deal finances, pricing, and approvals.
• Monitor cash collections, bank deposits, and petty cash.
• Prepare reconciliations for customer accounts, vendor balances, and petty cash.
• Assist with month-end close activities and journals.
• Track branch operating expenses and supplier invoices for variances.
• Ensure compliance with DOA, internal controls, and audits.
