Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Branch Accountant to deliver comprehensive aftersales financial support. The role centers on revenue collection, accounts receivable, and credit control, with responsibilities spanning payments, reconciliations, and compliance with internal SOPs.

You'll work with Location Managers and various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, generate AR and SOA reports, and support Opex/Capex reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar position, preferably in automotive.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments and manage receivables and credit control.
• Reconcile SAP against deposits and monitor cheque clearances.
• Monitor AR reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Maintain credit customer database and validate credit limit changes.
• Coordinate with Location Managers to resolve AR issues.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and assist in forecasting and reporting.
