Inception42 is seeking an accomplished Applied Scientist to develop efficient deep-learning and generative AI algorithms across computer vision, NLP and audio domains. You will work closely with product teams to translate research into deployable AI solutions for diverse industries and client scenarios.

The role emphasizes pioneering research, collaboration with engineers, and delivering measurable impact through state-of-the-art models and proofs of concept in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, or AI-related field with specialization in CV, NLP or Speech/Audio desirable.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in developing AI algorithms for multiple modalities.
• Track record of high-level research, publications or product-driven R&D.

Responsibilities

• Pioneer research and development across AI facets including computer vision, NLP and audio signal processing.
• Create and optimize cutting-edge AI algorithms and deep learning models for real-world applications.
• Design, analyze and optimize foundational and applied research to power state-of-the-art AI capabilities at Inception42.
• Develop multimodal solutions integrating text, audio and visual data for richer human interaction modeling.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers across teams to ensure efficient, scalable implementations.
• Work with product teams to integrate algorithms into broader offerings and conduct proofs of concept (POCs) per client needs.
• Propose AI-driven scenarios to improve client business efficiency and provide pre/post-sales technical support to BD teams.
