Talabat Holding is seeking a Manager, Data Scientist - AI to lead a team of data scientists building ML and generative AI systems that power product decisions at scale. You will own the roadmap, mentor talent, and partner with product and engineering to deliver high-impact AI capabilities.

You will focus on end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data pipelines, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring, with emphasis on LLMs, agentic tech, and harness-first design to maximize

• Strong expertise in ML, generative AI, NLP, and data mining.
• Experience shipping models to production and monitoring MLOps.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; solid statistics and experimentation knowledge.
• Hands-on with agentic systems, LLM observability, and end-to-end AI pipelines.
