Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a capable IT support professional to deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance for a range of business applications, including POS systems. The role covers hardware repair, workstation setup, and account management with strict adherence to security policies.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with EATEC/InfoGenesis POS or similar, familiarity with API integrations and SQL, and a background in F&B or retail solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience with the EATEC/InfoGenesis POS Application or similar in a functional or techno-functional role.
• F&B / Retail solution management exposure.
• 3 years’ experience managing the application they will be responsible for.
• Knowledge with API related integrations and SQL to support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for business applications, from initial report to resolution.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and repair for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain user workstations and peripherals for optimal performance and security.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across systems and applications per security policies.
