Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Operations

• Provide first-line support for assigned payment and card processing applications
• Manage support requests, incidents, service tickets, and problem records in a timely manner.
• Monitor application health and proactively identify potential service disruptions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain system availability and ensure continuity of business-critical payment services.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, database, security, and vendor teams for issue resolution.

Payments & Cards Support

• Support card acquiring, e-commerce, digital payment, and merchant acquiring solutions.
• Analyze payment transaction flows and investigate transaction failures, settlement issues, and payment processing discrepancies.
• Support merchant onboarding and payment gateway integrations.
• Troubleshoot transaction-level issues across payment channels and interfaces.
• Assist in testing, and deployment activities related to payment applications.
