Job summary

Dr. Nutrition UAE is hiring an App Growth Executive to join our digital team in Dubai. The role focuses on growing sales and revenue through the Dr. Nutrition mobile app, working with media buyers, developers and designers to optimize the app experience.

You will analyze the customer journey, drive app revenue, monitor CAC, ROAS, AOV, retention and LTV, run A/B tests, and inspire offers and promotions to boost conversions. 2–3 years’ experience and knowledge of GA4 or Firebase are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Mobile App Growth or Digital Growth.
• Strong understanding of the E-commerce conversion funnel.
• Experience with CRM, retention, and push notifications is preferred.
• Knowledge of GA4 and/or Firebase for analytics and measurement.
• Ability to work with media buyers, developers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in App Revenue, Conversion Rate, and Repeat Purchases.
• Collaborate with Media Buying team to improve campaign performance and profitability.
• Suggest offers, promotions and growth initiatives to increase app sales.

• Improve Push Notifications, in-app offers and CRM campaigns.
• Plan and monitor A/B tests to improve conversion and sales.
• Work with Developers and Designers to implement app improvements.
• Identify drop-off points in the sales funnel and propose solutions.

Dr. Nutrition is looking for an App Growth Executive to join our digital team, with one clear objective: grow sales and revenue through the Dr. Nutrition mobile app.

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the customer journey inside the app and improve conversion from visit/install to purchase.
• Drive growth in App Revenue, Conversion Rate, and Repeat Purchases.
• Work closely with the Media Buying team to improve campaign performance and profitability.
• Suggest offers, promotions, and growth initiatives to increase app sales.
• Monitor and analyze CAC, ROAS, AOV, Retention, and LTV.
• Improve Push Notifications, in-app offers, CRM campaigns, and customer reactivation.
• Plan and monitor A/B tests to improve conversion and sales.
• Work with Developers and Designers to implement app improvements.
• Identify drop-off points in the sales funnel and recommend practical solutions.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Mobile App Growth, E-commerce Growth, or Digital Growth.
• Good knowledge of GA4 and/or Firebase.
• Strong understanding of the E-commerce conversion funnel.
• Experience with CRM, Retention, and Push Notifications is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on Sales & Revenue, not only traffic or app downloads.
• Ability to work effectively with Media Buyers, Developers, and Designers.

Salary: AED 6,000–7,000 + Performance Incentives.

Main KPI: Growth of Dr. Nutrition App Sales & Revenue.
