Job summary

Salt in Dubai, a fintech innovator, is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead the BI/Analytics function from data warehouse to business decisions.

You will define metrics, build trusted dashboards, and promote visualization standards while guiding leadership with fast, data-driven insights. This role reports to senior leadership and collaborates across Product, Commercial, Finance and Growth to shape priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI or Analytics Engineering.
• Experience leading and developing Analytics/BI teams.
• Advanced SQL skills to validate and interrogate complex datasets.
• Expertise in at least one modern BI platform (Looker/Tableau/Power BI/Sigma/Metabase/Superset).
• Strong dashboard design and data visualization to create intuitive UX.
• Experience in fintech, payments, retail or digital businesses.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Knowledge of data governance, metric definitions and reporting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics and BI function, transforming business questions into insights.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and BI developers.
• Define and govern business metrics, ensuring a single source of truth.
• Design and deliver executive, operational and product dashboards.
• Establish dashboard design, visualization and reporting standards.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, Finance, Growth and Executives to influence priorities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all reporting and analytics.
• Drive self-service analytics and improve data access across teams.
• Manage the BI platform, dashboard governance and access controls.
• Champion a data-driven culture with measurable outcomes.
