Job summary

Al Ghurair Group seeks a Transformation/Business Analysis professional to support project delivery with measurable revenue impact and operational improvements. You will run workshops, interview stakeholders and map processes to uncover inefficiencies and risks.

The role requires PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications, 2+ years in change programs, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Science.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalents.
• 2+ years experience in change programs, project management or business analysis.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation projects with quantified revenue impact and operational improvements.
