Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks an Analyst to join its Alternatives team in Dubai. You will support investment analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring across private equity, real estate, and private credit.

You will build models, forecast cash flows, and prepare memorandums while coordinating with fund managers and legal counsel. English fluency is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management or Real Estate.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and research capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Progress toward or completion of CFA/CAIA/FRM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support investment recommendations and decision-making.
• Build financial models, perform cash flow forecasting, valuation analysis, and scenario assessments.
• Research and evaluate new alternative investment opportunities, strategies, sectors, and markets.
• Prepare investment memorandums, pitch books, presentations, teasers, and client materials.
• Monitor existing investments and provide ongoing performance analysis and reporting.
• Assist in due diligence processes and deal structuring activities.
• Coordinate with fund managers, advisors, brokers, legal counsel, and stakeholders throughout lifecycles.
• Track industry trends, market developments, and relevant news impacting alternatives.
