Job summary

PER, a client for a Dubai-based family office, seeks an Analyst/Senior Analyst to screen, execute, monitor and exit investments across private equity and venture capital. Based in Dubai, you will participate in the full deal cycle, including financial modelling, market research and presenting insights to senior management.

You will analyse potential investments and work closely with portfolio company management teams, contributing to strategic decisions and value creation for the fund.

Qualifications

• Solid financial modelling experience.
• Degree from a top-tier university.
• Experience in M&A or leveraged finance teams of a top-tier advisory firm or PE/VC team.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in making new investments and managing the existing portfolio.
• This role will incorporate all aspects of the deal cycle, with significant focus on financial modelling, preparing presentations and market research.
• Performing in-depth financial analysis on potential investments.
• You will work closely with the management teams of portfolio companies.
