Job summary

ADIB is seeking a Head of Compliance Platform to define and deliver end-to-end platform capabilities for AML/KYC and sanctions across digital and traditional channels. You will lead modernization, governance, and AI-enabled innovations to meet central bank and Shariah requirements while supporting customer-centric digital transformation.

You will own architecture, CI/CD, vendor relations, and cross-functional leadership of engineers, analysts, and product specialists in an agile environment,

Qualifications

12–15 years in Compliance Platforms with large-scale initiatives.
Experience delivering regulatory programs for UAE banking.
Knowledge of Shariah-compliant financial products and digital banking.
Strong governance, risk, and vendor-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive Compliance platform strategy aligned with ADIB's goals and regulatory change.
Oversee architecture delivery and lifecycle management of AML/KYC/Sanctions platforms.
Own API-led integration, cloud-native enhancements, and CI/CD pipelines.
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts and product specialists in an agile environment.
Ensure platform resilience, SLAs, and risk controls including incident reviews.
