Svitzer AMEA is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth across the AMEA region, crafting strategies, investment cases, and development plans while navigating diverse markets and contractual risks.

You will work with the Regional Chief Commercial Officer, coordinating with market teams to shape opportunities before tenders and lead end-to-end tender processes, pricing, and stakeholder engagement to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Driving pipeline and opportunity development: Establish and understand customer needs, identify decision-makers, assess value and risks to propose decisions.
• Build relationships to shape opportunities early in the funnel across the AMEA growth strategy.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities through data-driven insights and market intelligence.
• Shape and mature opportunities from early market engagement, often ahead of formal tenders.
• Support prioritisation of opportunities based on value, risk, and strategic fit.
• Tendering and commercial execution: lead processes end-to-end from positioning to submission and negotiation.
• Customer and stakeholder engagement: build relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders to develop robust commercial solutions.
