Job summary

Leading US law firm in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Corporate / M&A Associate (NQ–2 PQE) to join its growing practice. This role offers exposure to high-value regional and cross-border transactions, working with sovereign wealth funds, government-related entities, institutional investors and international corporates.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain significant responsibility and direct exposure to a high-calibre corporate team at an early stage of the practice's

Qualifications

• Background in top-tier corporate practice, ideally UAE or Middle East experience.
• Experience with Magic/Silver Circle/US firms is preferred.
• Strong corporate/M&A seat or relevant post-qualification experience.
