NextPartners in Dubai is seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will perform welding operations on steel and aluminum, read blueprints, and ensure quality and safety as part of the production process.

Ideal candidates have experience with MIG, TIG and stick welding, can set up equipment, and collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet project goals. This full-time role offers visa preference for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG and stick welding methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations on various materials using MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents to determine welding requirements.
• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings for each job.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures.
