Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi seeks a physician leader in Allergy and Immunology to guide the department within the Medical Specialty Institute and align services with the hospital's strategic plan.

The role includes oversight of clinical operations, education, research, and budgetary stewardship, with collaboration across nursing, administration and medical staff to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold MD/MBBS and completed recognized specialty in Allergy and Immunology.
• Internationally recognized qualifications (USA/UK/Canada etc.) preferred.
• Experience in hospital leadership and department management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and provides care within the Medical Specialty Institute.
• Leads department in line with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi strategic plan.
• Oversees fiscal planning, staffing and resource management for the department.
• Ensures high quality education, research and patient care programs.
• Represents the department in Medical Executive Committee and cross‑department meetings.
• Liaises with staff to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
