Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume all-day dining operation.
• Solid understanding of international cuisine and ability to manage multiple meal periods with top quality and guest satisfaction.
• Proactive leadership with organizational and communication strengths to motivate a diverse kitchen team.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and support Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume restaurant.
