You will oversee staffing, training, menu development, and cost control, maintaining pristine hygiene and seamless communication with the EAM Food & Beverage. Fluent English is essential, and 5-star hotel experience is preferred to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Culinary Diploma and 15 years of kitchen experience in luxury hotels.
• Fluent in English.
• 5-star hotel work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with EAM Food & Beverage for all outlets and events.
• Leads the kitchen team and ensures brand standards.
• Maintains HACCP/FSMS compliance and hygiene.
• Prepares daily briefings and schedules.
• Oversees purchasing and inventory control.
