Responsibilities

• Assist captain or head waiter during service.
• Promote in-house sales and know outlets’ hours/promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness of trolleys, tables, and service stations.
• Polish and arrange cutlery; prepare service items.
• Restock condiments and linens for service areas.
• Follow daily cleaning and restaurant closure procedures.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and uphold standards.
