Job summary

TPConnects is seeking a Technical Product Manager to bridge business airline partners and engineering, owning API-driven products for airline distribution and retailing. You will shape the product vision, drive a backlog, and ensure features meet acceptance criteria, transitioning them into MMF/MVP for early value.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management with strong API and airline distribution knowledge, familiarity with NDC, GDS, and experience working in Agile teams using JIRA

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related roles with outcome focus.
• Experience in Airline Distribution (NDC, GDS, Offer & Order Management).
• Strong understanding of travel industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency in Agile environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision and roadmap; communicate with stakeholders and customers.
• Conduct market analysis to assess new feature viability and prioritise needs.
• Refine and backlog features; define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain MMF/MVP transitions; measure feature success and iterate.
• Share domain knowledge and mentor peers to uplift the team.
