Job summary

dnata, headquartered in Dubai, seeks a Retail Platforms & Product Manager to define and evolve the inflight retail technology platform end-to-end. You will own product strategy, roadmap, data governance, and integration standards across in-house and partner components.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with security, procurement and finance, and drive platform delivery across airlines with a focus on reliability, scalability and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in platform, product or programme management with end-to-end delivery.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and contract oversight.
• Product owner/manager experience on a platform or SaaS product.
• Proficient in APIs, data exchange and integration middleware.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead data, analytics and tech-innovation roadmap with IT and data teams.
• Own product strategy, roadmap, governance and platform evolution end-to-end.
• Govern canonical data model and iPaaS integration standards across components.
• Oversee design, development and management of in-house platform components.
• Select and govern third-party tech solutions per procurement and legal guidelines.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs and product commitments across the portfolio.
• Drive delivery programmes across multi-vendor workstreams to milestones.
