Job summary

dnata, part of Emirates Group, seeks a Retail Platforms & Product Manager to define and evolve its inflight retail technology platform end-to-end, overseeing product strategy, in-house and partner development, data model and integration layer.

Based in Dubai with occasional international travel, you will lead data governance, platform architecture, vendor relationships and end-to-end delivery across multiple airline customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or engineering.
• 8+ years in platform/product/programme management with end-to-end delivery.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, including selection and contracts.
• Product owner/manager on a platform or SaaS product.
• Programme delivery across multiple workstreams in a governance environment.
• Expert understanding of APIs, data exchange and integration middleware.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate across commercial, technical and operational audiences.
• Strong programme oversight across multi-vendor delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Data, Analytics and Technology Innovation roadmap.
• Own the product strategy, roadmap, governance and evolution of the inflight retail platform.
• Determine build vs. partner vs. off-the-shelf components and drive portfolio performance.
• Govern the canonical data model and integration platform with other groups.
• Lead design, development and ongoing management of in-house platform components.
• Oversee third-party technology solutions in line with procurement and legal requirements.
• Manage commercial relationships with third-party vendors and service levels.
• Drive end-to-end platform delivery across in-house, partner and third-party workstreams.
• Ensure architecture, integration, security and data governance standards are met.
