Job summary

Air Arabia seeks an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Program specialist to lead the AMP lifecycle for the airline and third‑party aircraft, ensuring compliance with OEMs and regulatory bodies. The role acts as a primary interface between internal departments and external providers, including Airbus AMP groups and MSG Steering Group discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Aircraft/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field with experience.
• Training in Human Factor and Safety is required.
• Experience with MSG/3 is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Aircraft Maintenance Program lifecycle to develop work scopes during delivery and re-delivery.
• Supports development engineers and maintenance teams with data collection, performance reviews, and reporting.
• Ensures AMP compliance with OEMs, CAMO, and regulatory bodies.
• Uses data from multiple sources to evaluate AMP efficiency and carry out improvements.
• Analyzes performance reports to identify cost-effective solutions and proactive changes.
• Collaborates with Planning Engineers to implement AMP and ensure fleet availability.
• Reviews work packages, tools and manpower to optimize maintenance planning while upholding safety.
