Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Maintenance Programme & Configuration Engineer II to develop, deliver and optimise the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) in Dubai, ensuring full regulatory compliance and alignment with Emirates policies. You will lead the modification setup workflow, manage component control, and maintain inventory data across incoming engines and parts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or AME licence required.
• 5+ years in Engineering Maintenance Planning/Programmes.
• Good knowledge of aircraft maintenance industry and related computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage modification initial setup for Airbus, Boeing, engines and components in Ultramain (UM) for ADs/SBs applicable to Emirates fleet.
• Develop and maintain AMP/SMP to optimise maintenance and execution efficiency.
• Manage OEM relationships (Airbus, Boeing, engine manufacturers) and SLAs with internal teams.
• Ensure tasks (SEWC, AMP, SMP, EOs) meet OEM/regulatory compliance.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Aeronautical subjects/Mechanical/Avionics/ Electronic/Technical Engineering or AME Licence
